Kleenrr Cancellation Policy

We understand the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment is sometimes necessary.  To better serve our employees and customers we have outlined the following terms for cancelations and reschedules.  If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at 815-214-1443 at your earliest convenience.


  • No charge if rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • A 50% rescheduling fee will be applied if rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.


  • No charge if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled service.

Late Cancellation:

  • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Same Day Cancellation:

  • Full-service charge applies to cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service.

Failure to Provide Access:

  • If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time but cannot gain entry to the home, a full-service charge will be applied.


  • Occasionally the weather will play a factor in us being able to service your home.  If the weather is preventing us to arrive on time or to service your home, we will notify you as soon as we have made a decision via text message or email.  


  • Illness is something that we cannot always control.  If any of our employees are sick, we will not send them into your home.  If we can, we will assign another cleaner for your home that day and if we cannot, we will reschedule with you at your earliest convenience.  If you or anyone in your home is ill, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment with us.  We work in several homes and our cleaners need to stay healthy so they can provide for their families.  Please contact us at 815-214-1443.
